Transit

No rail inside the neighborhood. RTD buses run on the main streets, and I-70 and I-25 are close by.

What it's like

The northwest edge of Denver, a little calmer than LoHi. Tennyson Street is a local main street, and two lake parks sit right next to the neighborhood. Homes are a mix of older bungalows and newer modern builds.

What homes cost

Median sale price over the three months ending September 2026, as shown on Redfin in November 2026. Medians move every month and swing a lot where there are few sales.

Good fit if

People who want a main street they can walk to, lake parks nearby, and a fast drive to Golden or the mountains.

Maybe not if

People who need to walk to everything, or who want the lowest price in Denver.
