Transit

The 38th & Blake commuter rail station (A Line) connects to Union Station and Denver International Airport. The light rail on Welton Street has had service changes during RTD's 2026 rail work, so check rtd-denver.com for current service.

What it's like

RiNo (the River North Art District) is a former industrial area known for murals, breweries and new construction. Five Points next door is one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods, with a long jazz history along Welton Street. Expect a lot of townhomes and condos, mixed with older Victorians in Curtis Park.

What homes cost

Median sale price over the three months ending September 2026, as shown on Redfin in November 2026. Medians move every month and swing a lot where there are few sales.

Good fit if

People who want an urban, creative neighborhood close to downtown, with a train to the airport.

Maybe not if

People who want quiet streets or a yard, or a short drive to Golden every day.
